Puppy application
- Have you raised a puppy before?
- Are you comfortable training a puppy?
- Are you committed to take a puppy/dog to the vet to keep all shots updated, flea treatments every month, and spay or neuter?
- Do you have a safe fenced yard?
- What is your training theology (would you ever hit the dog)?
- Are you in good enough health to care for a dog?
- What are your preferences colors or for male/female?
- If you get a puppy from me, and for some unforeseen reason can no longer care for it in the future you would need to contact me before any shelter. Are in agreement to that?
